How we work

We start with the symptoms and your circuit layout, then split the circuit and test section by section until the fault is isolated. Where it is a quick fix we will usually do it on the spot with your say-so. Where it is bigger, we make the installation safe and give you a written quote.

Being straight with you

Faults are unpredictable. We charge for the time to find them and will tell you where we are up to as we go. Sometimes an intermittent fault will not show itself on the day – if that happens we will say so rather than invent something to fix.
